Christina Lew is the General Manager and founder of The Events Place.
With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, including five
years as a regional marketing manager in Malaysia , Thailand , Hong Kong
and Greater China, Christina has a good understanding of the cultural
and work practices within the region. As a result of this regional
exposure, she has developed close business relationships in each country
she has worked in, building a strong regional network that her clients
can tap into for their marketing needs.
Through her work in the IT industry, Christina soon identified an
unfulfilled need for IT companies to realise their marketing objectives
through organised corporate events. Assisted by her international
affiliations, driven by her marketing know-how and fuelled by her dream
to run her own events company, Christina established The Events Place in
2006. Today she draws upon her experience to manage successful events
for a diverse range of industries around the region. To date Christina
has handled more than 350 events internationally, passing on her
business and marketing acumen to ensure that her clients’ event
marketing campaigns are a resounding success.
